The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIO) maintenance and overhaul contract, with a minimum quantity of 180 and a maximum quantity of 1200 each. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales of 40 each. There is a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) for this requirement, DMWR 55-610-394, REV DATE: 01/15/1987, CHANGE # 7. The DMWR is adequate for Full and Open competition for the overhaul of the ALTIMERE ENCODER. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
