The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) maintenance and overhaul contract, with a minimum quantity of 150 each and a maximum quantity of 1150 each. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales of 192 each. Authority and Justification for full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 and 41 U.S.C. 3301. The proposed procurement is for services and supplies which can be obtained through full and open competition, FAR 6.101. Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-6610-332 is adequate to support the overhaul of the Altimeter/Encoder. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
