The proposed procurement is for services and supplies which cannot be obtained through full and open competition because only one responsible source is capable of satisfying the Agency's requirements, FAR 6.302-1.  Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-6610-332 is adequate to support the overhaul of the Altimeter/Encoder.  The closing date is annotated is an estimated date for interested vendors, a pre-solicitation notice will be published on or about 9 March 2018 and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however; the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated on the solicitation. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.  All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.
