Sealed proposals will be received by the Clerk of said District at the office of FOLEYSHALD ENGINEERING, LLC, 14503 Grover Street, Suite 102, Omaha, NE 68144 until 2:00 P.M. on November 29, 2022, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment required for the project designated as ALTA COLLINA LIFT STATION AND FORCE MAIN for Sanitary and Improvement District 353, OF SARPY County, Nebraska, as per the plans and specifications for said work, at the locations shown on the detailed drawings and in the specifications now on file at the office of FOLEYSHALD ENGINEERING, LLC, at which time proposals received will be publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated. The amount of the engineer's estimate of the cost of said improvements (exclusive of engineering, fiscal, legal, interest, easement acquisition, and miscellaneous costs) is $645,000.
