Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR), located in Folsom, CA intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), to Alstom Grid Inc., 10865 Willows RD NE, Redmond, WA 98052-2502 in order to provide support for WAPA's requirement of Consulting Services in support of the Alstom Dispatch Training Simulator. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 with a size standard of $25 million.
