The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to competitively procure as a small business set-aside via the Seaport NxG Portal Program Management Contractor Support Services in support of the Aircraft Launch and Recovery program.

This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement open to Seaport NxG Contract holders.

This competitive, 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement will be conducted using a best value approach.  The Government anticipates evaluating the offers based on technical, past performance and cost factors. The anticipated contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Seaport NxG delivery order with one base and four (4) options.
