Services and support necessary to refurbish government owned ALR-69A(V) Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) preproduction line replaceable units (LRU) to a production representative configuration and return them to operational/functional status. LRU to be refubished is one Countermeasure Signal Processor (CSP).  The ALR-69A Upgrade is currently under design and development by Raytheon Company, EW Operation, Goleta CA (CAGE 06129). 

The proposed contract action is for supplies and/or services for which the Government intends to restrict competition to the qualified source only,Raytheon Company, Goleta CA. Authority: 10 U.S.C 2304(C)(1).  Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice if intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement.
