This is a notice of intent that AFSC/PZABB anticipates issuing a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), requirements type contract for the repair of multiple National Stock Numbers (NSNs) required to support the ALR-69A. 

Contract shall include a basic order period of twelve months and four individual optional out-year ordering periods.  Each optional out-year ordering period shall allow for an ordering period of twelve months; resulting in a total five year contract if all options are exercised.  A description of all NSNs, nouns, part numbers, projected Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) per year, and projected delivery schedule can be found in the attached spreadsheet titled "BEQ and DLV Schedule".

The proposed contract action provides for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Raytheon Company, Cage: 6X892, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.  The Government does not presently possess suitable data to contract for repair from other sources.  All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.

Foreign contractors are hereby advised that foreign participation in this acquisition is not permitted.
