The Naval Air Systems command intends to award a delivery order under the BOA N00019-11-G-0005 to ITT Avionics of Clifton, New Jersey for Restoration/Repair of NAVAIR and Royal Australian Airforce (RAAF) AN/ALQ-214 Assets on a sole source basis.  This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to ITT in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." ITTis the only firm that possesses the requisite knowledge to accomplish the engineering services, studies, and other support tasks to support the ALQ-214.  The Contractor, shall repair, support, calibrate and repackage as necessary to restore the AN/ALQ-214 Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs) and Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs).  These assets are essential to on-going production/manufacturing efforts to include, but are not limited to: production testing, production engineering, in-production engineering investigations and validation/verification of proposed production hardware and software changes.
