This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice: The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) in Edinburg, TX has a requirement for 6,000 Alpha pinene Ultra High Release Lures.  

The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish the work referenced above.   It is anticipated that a single award will be made. 

This requirement is a total Small Business (SB) Set Aside and shall be awarded on the basis of competition limited to eligible small businesses, which is to be awarded as a fixed price contract.

It is anticipated that the solicitation, 12639523Q0103, is to be released on SAM on March 14, 2023 and proposals will be due Fourteen (14) days after the release of the solicitation. 

NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT TO CONTRACTORS REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEB SITE PERIODICALLY FOR AMENDMENTS.
