This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement to Bering Straight Information Technology for ALMR site survey.The requirement consists of a site survey to establish the requirements and equipment needed to restore the ALMR services to Clear AFS and local community users.This purchase will be completes under simplified aquisition procedures and other than full and open competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 28 April 2014. This notice is not a request for offerors. A determination not to compete this requirement, based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
