NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK intends to award a sole source HUBZone purchase order to ESPM, Inc. of Honalulu, HI to conduct an Economic Analysis to examine the Alaska Land Moblie Radio Cooperative Partnership and to examine alternatives to validate its continued existence as the appropriate solution for Alaska’s interoperability needs. This purchase will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures outlined in FAR 13 and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-4. The anticipated award date is 28 August 08. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
