This is a Request for Quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13.5 to provide all equipment, labor, materials, and transportation necessary to fabricate, machine, clean, inspect, and deliver to AEDC a complete set of rotor blades (392), nuts (392), and washers (1,568) for an Allis Chalmers VA-1409 axial flow compressor. Work shall be accomplished at the Contractor's facility. The rotor blades are a component of an Allis Chalmers compressor located at AEDC, Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee.

The period of performance is 340 days after contract award.

Quotes must be submitted IAW the attached solicitation document to the Contract Specialist, Edward Crenshaw, by 1:00 PM CDT on 3 October 2017.
