MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION:

 The estimated price range of this project is between $450,000 and $550,000

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:

 2559 Lincoln Rd, Allegan MI, 49010

QUESTIONS:

Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted  No Later than 12:00 PM    

 EST,  January 19, 2024 via email to [email protected]. 

QUOTES SUBMISSION:

 Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to [email protected] on or before February 9 , 2024  at 12:00 PM EST.

SITE VISIT:

Site visit is scheduled for January 18, 2024 at 10:00 AM EST, at 2559 Lincoln Rd, Allegan MI, 49010

The FCC/PSHSB onsite contractor will ensure vendors have access to the property and buildings on the site within the scope of the work during the agreed upon day and times.  The FCC is not responsible for providing any additional assistance beyond the prearranged site access for vendors (i.e. vehicular assistance, etc.). During the site visit, all questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing following the site walk by the date/time and instructions provided by the Contracting Officer. The FCC/PSHSB onsite contractor will only provide site access and will not provide responses to vendor questions.

All vendors are required to fill out the sign-in sheet prior to the walk.
