Once the form has been filled out on our website, all the specifications and updates made to this bid will be sent via email for review. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS/FORMAT Proposals should be presented in a straight‐forward and concise manner and contain a description of the applicant’s ability to meet the requirements of this RFP. All services to be performed shall be carried out by licensed, certified, and experienced personnel.
