This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is F5N3LT0301A002. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336330, Front End Alignment Scissor Lift. The new lift to include installation and insure the lift is safe and fully operational. The contractor will also be responsible to remove all packing materials. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns with the corresponding small business size standard not exceed 750 employees.

The 439th Airlift Wing requires the front end alignment scissor lift to replace the existing equipment at Westover Air Reserve Base. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, and other items and services necessary to install the lift.
Alignment lift Requirements:
# 1: We are looking for 14,000 to 16,000 pound alignment lift / parallelogram or scissor type # 2: A lift with a specification of (2 wheel alignment) at 177" to 182" inches. (This is not the length of the lift, just the length for a 2 wheel alignment) # 3: two lifting jacks up to 7,000 pounds # 4: two turn plates # 5: anti rollback kit # 6: two filler plates # 7: build in air system # 8: build in lighting.

All proposals will be considered. Any resultant award will be made to the lowest priced offeror providing a technically acceptable offer as outlined in the solicitation. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance will run from approximately 1 June 2011 to August 1 2011.
