The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of mobilization; traffic control; dust and water control; saw cutting; removal of asphalt concrete, concrete improvements, base material, and above ground structures; clearing and grubbing; install HDPE storm drain system; constructing road base material, asphalt concrete pavement, curb, curb and gutter, cross gutter, ADA curb ramps, retention basin, trash enclosure, block walls, concrete stairs with railing, carport canopy, framed walls and roofing, fencing, and gates; install lighting, sleeving, landscape improvements, and signing and striping; and raising manholes and valves to grade.
