The 411th CSB RCO Pyeongtaek intends to award a firm fixed price contract
with Forum Communications Systems International for installation of Alert III
Primary and Secondary crash net systems and all supporting items needed.
Forum Communications International crash alerting system is specifically designed for and is in collaboration with the US Military. It is the only system that
meets AFI 13-203v3 15.1.3.3.4/20.2.2.3 - 20.2.2.3.6.2, AFI 13-204v3 8.5 -8.5.1/ AFI 13-204v3 15.1.3.3.4, 20.2.2.3 - 20.2.2.3.5.8 and FAA Advisory
Circular 150/5210-7D. These regulations must be met to fulfill the requirement. Forum Communications International can provide the necessary supply/service
to install an alert primary/secondary crash alarm system. The dedicated hardware design allows for the system to be optimized for size, reliability and
performance. The system is completely independent from other systems or network and provides consistent performance. Other technologies have failed to
provide consistent ringing required for these critical applications.
