Kenosha County Wisconsin is seeking Project Management Services for Phase II of the Pike River Streambank Restoration Project. The scope of this project will be to act as a Project Manager to oversee the construction activities with the Petrifying Springs Park Pike River Streambank Restoration Phase II project. The scope of this project will be to aid in three key pieces critical to the successful construction of the Pike River Streambank Restoration, Phase II. Six key deliverables are critical to the discussion of working as the lead project manager, specifically: Review and provide comments and recommendations to the project design and specifications prior to bidding project. Bid Support including coordination of RFI’s, attend pre-bid meeting to provide technical assistance, verify credentials of low-bidder and offer value engineering if needed. Manage the awarded General Construction Contractor’s (GC) performance and verifying the GC is meeting contract requirements, specifications and construction documents. Have an on-site presence to lead progress meetings, evaluate progress and answer questions from the GC and/or Kenosha County. Be accessible by phone, email or in person during the entirety of the project. Project manager must have a full understanding of the technical details on the means and methods being used to perform this project.
