Albertsons is proposing minor improvements to the exisiting Albertsons Grocery Store at the intersection of NE 3rd Street and NE Revere Avenue with Tenant improvments including: 1. Relocation of existing euqipment and fixtures as shown on plans. 2. Installation of new equipment and fixtures as shown on plans. 3. Refurbishment of existing Public restrooms. 4. Replacement of Flooring as shown on the drawings. 5. Installation of Decor and Interior Signage. 6. ADA upgrades per survey performed by Tcherneshoff Consulting, Inc.
