This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is W91ZRS-10-T-0002, Request for Proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621; size standard is $12.5 M. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact.

The Air National Guard requires the Contractor to provide Building 18 with an intrusion detection system to provide security capabilities to process, discuss, and store classified information and process on classified information systems per, AFI 31-401, Information Security Program Management. The Government requires a solution that is durable, reliable, economical, and energy efficient that meets all requirements of the Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF) and National Guard Bureau (NGB). This requirement consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to perform operations in connection with providing the intrusion detection system.

This solicitation is a "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Selection". All proposals will be considered. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price, single award contract from this solicitation. Please see attached document for details of requirements.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and all other factors considered.
