The Project will scope and complete traffic signal design plans for the Hillsdale Boulevard at Alameda de las Pulgas intersection. The corridor traffic analysis for Alameda de las Pulgas will also identify high-level operational scopes for potential future traffic signal projects at 28th, 31st, and 36th Avenues.
