2.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 2.1 Alachua County will accept bids from nonprofit, 501(c)3, organizations to operate Recreational Vehicle (RV) and primitive camping during Gatornational races at the Alachua County Fairgrounds, located at 3100 NE 39 Ave., Gainesville. 2.2 DATES OF OCCUPANCY: Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 1:00 pm to Monday, March 16, 2020 4:00 pm. 2.3 SECURITY: The awarded vendor will contact the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office (Sheriff) for security planning. They will be required to provide one deputy from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am each night for four (4) nights. 2.3.1 Proof of payments of Alachua County Sheriff’s Invoice 2.4 SAFETY/SECURITY PLAN: The awarded vendor will need to contact the Alachua County Fire Marshall (John Adler at [email protected]) to discuss a grounds site plan, and life/safety issues. 2.5 The awarded vendor will need to supply 24-hour management on site
