Furnish and pay for all materials, tools, equipment, labor and other incidental work necessary to install six (6) new aluminum framed finger piers with plastic lumber fenders and fiber reinforced plastic decking including, but not limited to, demolition demolition work, concrete pile cap and abutment repairs, Best Management Practices, and water quality monitoring at Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii; and other incidental work as required or called for in this Proposal, all according to the true intent and meaning of the Notice to Bidders, Information and Instructions to Bidders, Proposal, Detailed Specifications, Interim General Conditions, Plans, Permitting Documents and any and all addenda related to this solicitation.
