The City of Akron, in anticipation of receiving federal and state funding over several grant projects, is inviting professional aviation consulting firms and A/E firms with aviation experience to provide a statement of qualifications and experience for (1) providing grant application, grant administration, design and construction phase consulting services to (a) Runway End Identifier Lights, (b) Wildlife hazard perimeter fence including wildlife hazard site visit, (c) Fuel farm, (d) FBO terminal roof replacement, (e) Rehabilitation Taxiway P, (f) Hangar taxilanes, and (g) Mitigate runway approach obstructions. Also include qualifications and experience for (2) providing general airport consulting services, and (3) preparing requests for the FAA to release parcels of land from the airport. All of these planned services are for the Akron Fulton International Airport.
