This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the 5.0X AIRWorks, N00421-17-R-0013. The Government's intent is to award a Firm-Fixed Price Level of Effort (FFPLOE) contract to the offeror who provides the best overall value, with an estimated award of 04 April 2018 and an estimated period of performance start date of 03 May 2018. The resultant contract will have a one-year Base year and 4 Option years.

Description of the Requirement: AIRWorks supports the Workload Acceptance process for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) and has a need for Contractor Support Services (CSS) to provide analytical, administrative, and management support services in identifying, capturing, and tracking requirements for incoming and outgoing funds through the AIRWorks Database (AWDB). The contractor shall assist the Government in ensuring that the requirements are processes in accordance with applicable statues and regulation, workload acceptance policy, current and future workload acceptance, ensuring the work being performed is within NAWCAD's mission.

The Government will not accept or respond to telephone calls or requests for meetings with potential Offerors about this requirement. It is requested that all questions be received within 10 calendar days of the date this solicitation is issued.
