This is a FAR Part 13, sole-source solicitation to purchase Sierra Wireless, 32 AirLink Raven RV50 gateway modems and accessories. Attached is the request for quote and the brand name justification.

EVALUATION: An award will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable quote.

RESPONSES: Vendors shall provide quotes on the attached Standard Form 18 Request For Quotation with pages 1 and 2 completed with sections 11(e), 11(f) and sections 13 through 16 completed. Additionally, vendors may provide quotes on their company branded material.

If any interested party believes they could satisfy the requirement with a product other than the AirLink Raven RV50 as specified in the justification, please send an email to [email protected] by 9:00am , 19 July 2016. The email should detail their product solution along with the specifications.
