This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-14-Q-0233 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73, Defense Circular Number 20140506, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2014-0421. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 481219 with a size standard $14 million or under. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN):

CLIN 0001- 20 Blade hours of airlift support ISO unit jump operations at Eloy Municiple Airport.

All work will be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

THIS REQUIREMENT IS LIMITED SOURCES IAW DODD 4500.53. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED LIMITED SOURCES JUSTIFICATION.
