This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-17-Q-0081 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91, Defense Circular Number 20161104, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2016-0603. This procurement is being issued as a small business set aside and with a Limited Source Justification and Approval (See attachment). The North American Industry Classification System Code is 481219 with a size standard of $15.0 Million or less. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN):

CLIN 0002 - (QTY: 28 hrs) Vertical Wind Tunnel Services
CLIN 0003 - (QTY: 1) USPA Coach Certification Training Course

Period of Performance: 4 December 2016 - 12 December 2016 & 5 March - 11 March 2017. See projected days on attached PWS.

QUOTE MUST INCLUDE: The name of the company of the Air Carrier being used for the Airlift Services IAW with the attached PWS. Quoted as two line items in the format of price per hour.
