Request for Proposal
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Set-aside: 100% small business under NAICS: 481219 – Other Nonscheduled Air Transportation; Size Standard: $16.5M
The government intends to award a 5-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an approximate ordering period of 1 August 2020 through 31 July 2025 to the successful offeror. The offer shall meet all term and conditions of this solicitation. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions set forth may result in the offer being considered unresponsive and not available for award.

CLIN 0001 – Scheduled Arizona Airlift Support - The contractor shall provide Airlift Support in accordance with the PWS.
