This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Solicitation, provisions, and clauses are in accordance with:

Defense Circular: DPN 20190430
Air Force Acquisition Circular: AFAC 2019-1001
Set-aside: 100% small business under NAICS: 481219 – Other Nonscheduled Air Transportation; Size Standard: $16.5M
The government intends to award a 1 time service contract with a period of performance of 27 July - 7 August 2020 to the successful offeror. The offer shall meet all term and conditions of this solicitation. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions set forth may result in the offer being considered unresponsive and not available for award.
CLIN 0001 – Arizona Airlift Services - The contractor shall provide Airlift Support in accordance with the PWS.
