Amendment #1 the following has changed- Changing of quanities on CLINS 0005 and 0006 to zero and Remove/Replace technical specifications dated Dec 2013 with revised technical specifications date 24 March 2014.

This is a solicitation notice. Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to complete JFSD201214, Maintain Airfield Striping on Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota in accordance with the drawings and technical specifications. [SEE AMENDMENT 1] The resulting contract will be executed at the Government's discretion.
The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
Work on this contract shall be completed non-stop during daylight hours in the controlled movement area with all on-site work being completed within 20 working days. The total period of performance shall be 45 days, allowing time for material procurement, etc. All work shall be coordinated with Base Operations. A winter exclusion construction period of 1 Oct - 15 May shall apply.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310 with a size standard of $33.5M.
This acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside. All contractors MUST be registered in the SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) database or their proposal WILL NOT be considered for award.
