The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) at MacDill AFB intends to issue a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to The Fuel Desk LLC for Air Show refueling and POL services for all civilian aircraft operations using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13.106-1(b).  The North American Industry Classification System is 424720 and the size standard is 500 employees. Revised Numbered Notes 22: "This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and the Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in proposal preparation. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 6th Contracting Squadron will consider all proposals received by 3:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) 9 April 2008, three duty days after publication of this notice.
