This is a Fedbizopps Request for Information for a tentative requirement for Airline Traffic Fare data for the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS.) As part of its market research, BLS is issuing this RFI to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing Airline Traffic Fare data as further described in the Draft SOW. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. No RFQ exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ.
The Draft SOW describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work scope in a final SOW included in any Request for Quotations (RFQ).
The anticipated period of performance is a base year with one additional option year.
All businesses may submit responses.

All information received in response to this RFI marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.
Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. BLS will not pay for information received in response to this RFI.
There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFI.

Please submit your Capability Statement, no longer than 10 pages. You must include your DUNS number and if you are classified as a small or large business. If you are a small business, please include any designations such as women owned, minority, etc. In addition, include any relevant information on your company: brief descriptions of recent and relevant projects for tasks similar to those in the Draft SOW. Your firm should be able to provide data as broadly described in the draft SOW. However if your firm is unable to meet all the tasks, please describe how you would address the remaining tasks either through subcontracts or new hires. If your small business has a small business designation, i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled, etc. please make sure that information is displayed.
