This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote. The Alaska Air National Guard has a requirement for Aircrew Flight Equipment (AFE) Flotation Equipment Inspection and Servicing. The 176 MSG Contracting office is seeking a vendor willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to inspect and service Aircrew Flotation Equipment. A complete Scope of Work is attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation. All vendors intending to submit a proposal should review the Scope of Work in order to bid effectively, prior to submission of their proposal. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, NAICS 811219.
The Government will award the BPA resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to this solicitation, and offers the best value to the Government.
