The solicitation is issued full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(3). 

Solicitation is issued as a small business set-aside.  PRLI 0001, Quantity 14 each; PRLI 0002, Quantity 89 each.  Additional CLIN for Contractor First Article Testing(FAT) Requirement  1 each = 1 first article test.  Number of samples to be tested = 3

This is a critical application item and higher level quality requirements apply.
