End Item Application: 'AIRCRAFT, F-16; COUPLNG This solicitation will contain one NSN 5342-01-219-5811, for a Coupling. This is a 1G item. The solicitation will result in an award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a 100% option quantity. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside; Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Export Control applies. Configuration Control applies. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
