The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award under the authority of FAR Part 13 to Air Care International LLC., 223 Tacoma Ave S., Tacoma, WA 98402 for on-site aircraft crewmember training, which includes both classroom instruction and simulation equipment for practical exercises for all JPATS crewmembers. The period of performance will be from January 30, 2024 - February 1, 2024.  

This requirement will be solicited in accordance with the authority of FAR 13.5. Per FAR 13.501(a)(2)(ii) the approved sole source justification is attached to this notice. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611512 – Flight Training.

The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. This Notice of Intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. However, any information received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
