The Corporate Contract to which the NSNs on this Synopsis Notice are intended to be added is the Boeing Long Beach Corporate Contract No.: [SPE400-03-D-9408]; [Current Awardee Cage: [0PXV4]. Contract Issue Date: 07 March, 2003; Contract Expiration Date: 06 March 2015. This Contract is an IQC Type Contract in its final Option Period. All Sole Source Consumable or Reparable Boeing CAGE NSNs may be added to this contract IAW contract terms and conditions, clauses and provisions. The addition of these new cages was, and still is, designated to allow for expedient, effective, comprehensive, and streamlined coverage for any U.S. Service Weapon or Weapon System.Additional U.S. Service-Managed items may be added to this VPV Corporate Contract over the remainder of this final Option Period. This procurement is unrestricted. All NSN candidates are, and must be, designated as Sole Source to The Boeing Company [0PXV4]. This Solicitation/VPV Corporate Contract will not include any items for which a competitive technical data package exists. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement are not available to the Government and therefore cannot be furnished by the Government. Any supplies to be furnished under this Corporate Contract [SPE400-03-D-9408] will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order under the clauses, provisions, statement of work, terms, and conditions under the existing Corporate Contract. Removal of any NSNs that become completive or obsolete, or need removal for other reasons, will be so IAW contract terms and conditions by the Contracting Officer. Surplus Dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing surplus stock or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing material or newly manufactured material is in the best interest of the Government.
