Delivery on or before 30 Jan 2013. FOB: FOB: Destination, Stennis Space Center, MS 39522-5001. Clearly identify the item by Brand name, if any; and Make or model number. Acceptance of "equal" products of the brand name manufacturer; and (2) Price will be a determining factor after determination is made as to compliance to technical acceptability herein. Quotations are required to demonstrate compliance with the salient characteristics by the submission of published specification sheets. Quotations submitted without published specification sheets for the product being offered will be determined non-responsive. The Government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation. General statements, that the offeror can or will comply with the requirements, that standard procedures will be used, that well known techniques will be used, or that paraphrases the RFQ's specifications in whole or in part, will not constitute compliance with the mandatory requirements concerning the content of the technical quotation. The Government intends to award a contract to the offeror providing the lowest evaluated price for a product which meets or exceeds the requirement set forth in the statement of work. Quoters are reminded to include a complete copy of FAR 52.212-3 and its ALT I with quotes. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
