The 2018 Columbus AFB Open House/Air & Space Show, also referred to as "Wings Over Columbus 2018", is a multi-day event. Services are required for practice routines on Friday, 20 April 2018 and a full set of airshow routines on both 21 & 22 April 2018.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, along with any additional items required, in order to meet the requirements specified below for this service: Under normal circumstances, the announcer narrates the Open House/Air & Space Show, keeping the audience aware of ongoing and upcoming events, sponsorship recognition, activities, entertainment, and concessions. The primary responsibility for the announcer is crowd control during a mishap or emergency, therefore the announcer must be thoroughly familiar with the mishap/emergency response plan, location of emergency exits, and able to assist appropriate agencies in the event of an emergency.
