AMENDMENT 0002

1. The purpose of this amendment is to correct Amendment 0001 by adding the Attachment #4 Questions and Answers to this solicitation.

2. This amendment is to also correct the quantities on the actual solicitation document, please see highlighted areas below for changes reflected in the Statement of Requirements, (SOR):

      a. CLIN 0001: TV, 32" HD with HDMI. QTY 50 each
      b. CLIN 0003: TV Mount, Single Mount for 32" TV. QTY 50 each
      c. CLIN 0005: Boxes, VBRICK Set Top. QTY 110 each

3. Finally, this amendment is to revise the Attachment 2 - Brand Name Justification (VBrick) in accordance to the changes made in Amendment 0001.

AMENDMENT 0001

1. The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to the questions received regarding the site visit, solicitation, and its supporting documents, see Attachment 4 - Questions and Answers for more details.

2. This amendment also addresses the highlighted and tracked changes to Attachment 1 - Statement of Requirements (SOR).

3. Due to the above changes made to this solicitation, the deadline has been extended from 17 September 2019 @ 4:00 PM CDT to 18 September 2019 @ 4:00 PM CDT.

The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement for a complete refresh of the current nonfunctioning VBrick Network Systems described in the Statement of Requirements (SOR) (see Attachment #1) for Office Training School (OTS) physically located at Maxwell AFB, AL 36112. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this procurement is FA330019QA059 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses (see Attachment #2) are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05, Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20190628, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2018-0525.

A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following:
