The approved sources of supply are Kulite Semiconductor Products, Inc., CAGE: 34345, P/N: ATS-18A-1000 and Boeing Company, CAGE: 8V613, P/N: 7-511315441-001.  The solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. 

Solicitation is issued as unrestricted.  PRLI 0001, Quantity 88 each, PRLI 5001(Qty Option), Quantity 88 each

This is a critical application item and the contractor must be export controlled certified. 

The following terms apply: FOB Origin , Inspection/Acceptance Origin, Delivery 152 DARO
