The Bureau of the Fiscal Services on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network intends to award to CTC Enterprise Ventures Corporation on a Sole Source basis for the Advanced Guard Information Security (AGIS) Version 2.0 System Software, AGIS Version MBX Server software, and Annual AGIS System Maintenance, for a base year and two option years. CTC Enterprise Ventures Corporation, a small business, is the sole proprietor of the AGIS software. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Bureau of the Fiscal Service will consider all affirmative responses received no later than March 7, 2017 at 10:00 AM ET. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show how it will be advantageous to the government to switch providers for this requirement. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all the requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to negotiate a sole source award to CTC Enterprise Ventures Corporation.
