The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (CC) intends to award a Firm-Fixed price purchase order to Agilent Technologies., Wilmington, DE 19808-1610 on a sole source basis to use for potency testing of clinical cell products from CPS. These tests will be used for the Department of Transfusion Medicine.

The NIH Clinical Center anticipates awarding a firm fixed price purchase order.
Agilent Technologies is the only known vendor that can manufacture and distribute the proprietary slides, kits and reagents for their microarray scanner which specifically reads Agilent microarray slides. These slides are used for patient care in the NIH Clinical Center and are used for the assessment protocols of ill to critically ill patients.
