The intent of this notice is determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing:
Agilent 6470 Triple Quadrupole LCMS with a TripleQuad Standalone Forensics Toxicology tMRM database, a 1290 Infinity II High Speed Pump with an Ultra Low Dispersion Kit and Ultra Clean Tubing Kit, a 1290 Infinity Multisampler with a Multi-wash option and Agilent Infinity Sample cooler, a 1290 Infinity II Multicolumn Thermostat with a valve drive for 1290 MCT and Quick-connect HE standard flow, an 8 position/18 port selector valve with Kap Kit 012, a 1290 Infinity II Diode Array Detector with 60 mm High Sensitivity flow cell, and the Infinity II 1290 LC Base System. The LCMS is an extremely powerful separation and detection technique that will support many research projects including human growth hormone method development, body fluid identification, and lubricant analysis.
Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail. The Capability statements shall not exceed ten (10) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.); and 4) Familiarity and knowledge of the requirement.
Responses are due no later than 1100 EST, Monday, 07 August 2017, and shall be electronically submitted to [email protected].
