This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using acquisition of commercial services procedures under FAR part 12 to renew annual support and upgrades of AGI Systems Took Kit (STK) Expert Bundle, to include STK Pro, STK SatPro, STK Analysis Workbench, STK TM, STK Integration, STK Analyzer, STK Comm, STK Coverage and STK Radar in version (10) to support Marine Corps Combat Development Command, located at Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above services to Analytical Graphics, Inc., 220 Valley Creek Blvd, Exton PA 19341. The purposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: This requirement duration of contract is from date of ward through 31 Jan 2014. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation.
