See Numbered Note 22. NAVSEA Indian Head intends to issue a modification to contract N00174-02-C-0036, issued to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC-AP). The modification involves extending the contract so as to assign LMMFC the responsibility of further developing preliminary designs created in the original contract and purchasing additional test equipment to verify the updated designs. The patent disclosure for the Agent Defeat Warhead concept is jointly shared by the Government and LMMFC.
