AMENDMENT 2 TO BAA FA8750-17-S-7014

The purpose of this modification is to increase the ceiling value and republish the original announcement, incorporating any previous amendments, pursuant to FAR 35.016(c).

This republishing also includes the following changes:

 (a) Updates the Contracting POC throughout;
 (b) PART I-Overview Information:
           1) Updated the type of instruments that may be awarded language;

 (c) PART II - Full Text Announcement:
      1) Section I: Added a sub-discipline to the Funding Opportunity Description;
      2) Section IV.C.3: updated to allow for electronic submissions;
      3) Section V.2.b updated White Paper/Proposal Review Process language;
      4) Section V.3 updated SAT to current threshold;
      5) Section VI.4 deleted in its entirety and replaced as shown below;
      6) Section VI.7 added the provision DFARS 252.215-7013;
      7) Section VII: updated the OMBUDSMAN.

No other changes have been made.

                                             AMENDMENT 4 TO BAA FA8750-17-S-7014

The purpose of this amendment is to correct an error stated in Amendment 3. Amendment 3 stated that it was increasing the ceiling and republishing the original announcement. The ceiling was not increased as part of Amendment 3. The ceiling remains at $49.9M.
