This announcement should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Pitch Day. The Government will not be liable for payment of any expenses incurred as a result of participation by any company.
AFTC/PZIOC in conjunction with the 96 CEG at Eglin AFB will conducting a Small Business Pitch Day over a two day period via Microsoft CVR Teams. The purpose of the pitch day is to provide information to industry on upcoming FY21 construction projects and allow presentation of statement of capabilities. The pitch days will be unclassified.
The event will be held over two days to maximize participation and will begin at 0800 hrs Central Standard Time (CST) and end at 1500 hrs CST on 10-11 February 2021. There will be thirty (30) slots available for one on one sessions. Assignment of slots will be on a first come first basis until all thirty (30) slots are filled. To be considered for a time slot you must be registered under the NAICS 236220 and be new to Eglin meaning your company has not had a contract at Eglin or at least not in the last 2 years. Each day of the two (2) day event will begin with a FY21 Construction Projected Program Overview presented by the 96 CEG and a question and answer session followed by one-on-one sessions to allow for pitch of capability statements. Industry is highly encouraged to ask questions during the open discussion period.
Each company participating will be limited to a maximum of three (3) attendees. Attendance is limited to U.S. Department of Defense contractors. Attendees must be U.S. Citizens. It is recommended that all non-U.S. companies utilize U.S. citizen representatives.

Any reservations that comes in after the above stated date and time. Will not accommodate.
